Central York Lacrosse Club
Fall 2020 Workout Safety Protocol
The Central York Lacrosse Club (CYLC) is dedicated to the health and well-being of its member families and the CYSD community in general. CYLC is implementing the following plan to conduct 2020 Fall Workouts amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Drop off / Check-in:
Check in will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to start time. Any players that arrive early are to stay with their car and remain there until the coaching staff is ready to initiate the check-in process. Parents will be asked to accompany their child and confirm that they have passed the check in procedures. Parents and players must social distance and wear a face covering until check in is completed.
Upon arrival, we will ask a series of questions:
- Does your child have a fever?
- Does your child have any symptoms of COVID-19?
- Has your child been around anyone in past 48 hours who has symptoms of or has COVID-19?
If all criteria are satisfied the player will be admitted into the field area and cleared for that training session.
Health and Safety Protocols:
Parents are not allowed on the practice field or in the area where player’s “gear-up”. Parents are welcome to stay and watch practice from the comfort of the car or from a distance.
All coaches will be required to wear a mask throughout the workout.
